Our Veranda Suite, conveniently located near the gym and central stairway, offered a spacious and well-designed layout. The walk-in closet provided ample storage, and the heated clothing rack was a welcome touch. While the shower area was a bit small, the private balcony with stunning ocean views more than compensated. A key perk: don't lose the provided binoculars!

Each day brought two exciting expeditions, either landings or Zodiac cruises, lasting approximately 1.5 hours and 1 hour, respectively. The six color-coded groups rotated schedules, ensuring fairness in experiencing prime landing times. A highlight was Port Lockroy, where we mailed postcards from Antarctica. We also enjoyed a memorable kayak tour, booked in advance.
