We couldn't resist trying the top-rated Japanese pancake, a colorful and flavorful treat that's as Instagrammable as it is tasty. From savory to sweet, there's something for everyone at these markets.

After fueling up at the markets, we embarked on a scenic coastal walk from Palm Beach to Currumbin, home of the Caran Swell Festival. This easy 30-minute stroll offered breathtaking ocean views and the refreshing sea breeze, setting the perfect mood for the artistic wonders that awaited us.
With the promise of a refreshing ocean dip later, we continued our journey, eager to explore the festival's unique offerings.
